The Toledo No. 11 Pipe Threading system. Standard right-hand National Pipe Taper (NPT). This creates the necessary tapered seal for water, gas, and air lines. If you are reviving an old set, tight or frozen cover plates can be freed by securing the head in a bench vise and using a flat-head driver impact bit or a brass drift pin to gently slide out seized components.
