Ridgid pipe locator. Machine turns on. The bars on the screen move up and down as you move the locator around. I have no idea how to use it and no way to test it so I did not know if it functions properly. The battery door is held on with a piece of tape. It does not make any noise no matter how high you increase the volume. It is missing the end cap. Shipping to lower 48 only.
